Vitamin 2 – Ginkgo Biloba

This is a superb supplement for memory enhancement and which can be purchased in capsule or powder form at your local drug store, chemists or health food store.  There have a number of studies been carried out into this particular that helps to improve the flow of blood around the body because it contains properties that help to thin it.  Also it contains properties that attack free radicals in the property that cause damage to its cells.  This form of vitamin has been found to be effective in helping to down the symptoms associated with Alzheimer’s in its early stages.

Vitamin 3 – Folic Acid

This particular vitamin is to be found in foods such as spinach along with other leafy green vegetables.  Plus it can also be found in a number of fruits as well as eggs, beans and whole grains.  As well as helping with brain development this is also helps with the growth of cells in the body.

Vitamin 4 – B Vitamins

Not only do these vitamins contain properties that will work on memory improvement that are essential to the overall health of your body.  These ones have the ability to not only regulate your body’s blood sugar levels but the formation of red blood cells.  Both of which will help to ensure that the amount of oxygen that passes around the body is increased and as a result will help the formation of cells in the body to be enhanced including those in the brain.

But along with taking vitamins for memory enhancement there are several memory exercises that you can employ as well.  Although you could of course invest in some of the hand held console games to improve your memory there are much cheaper exercises that you can use.

What you may not realize is that even doing some form of physical exercise will help to improve the way your memory and brain functions.  This in turn helps to ensure that more oxygen is sent to the brain and this over time helps to improve to improve cognitive functions.  So with the right vitamins for memory improvement being taken and regular exercise you should after a while start to notice some changes.
